Lebanon: MBRHCE kicks off winter relief campaign for Syrian refugees in Lebanon

BEIRUT: The first phase of its "Emirati Winter Relief Campaign for the Syrian Refugees" for 2016 has started with a grant from the Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment (MBRHCE).

The campaign is being implemented under the supervision of the humanitarian and developmental attache at the UAE embassy in Beirut.

A delegation from the MBRHCE attended the official launch of the campaign yesterday in the Lebanese city of Tripoli, in collaboration with the Lebanese Iftaa House.

The 16-day long campaign will tour different areas in Northern region of Lebanon to provide winter relief materials to the Syrian refugees.
